Smoke Bluffs Park & Crumpit Woods
These neighbouring areas offer climbers, hikers and spectators endless hours of recreation and fun.
There are hundreds of easily-accessible, single-pitch rock climbing routes scattered in pockets throughout the Smoke Bluffs Park area that will keep even the advanced rock climbers busy for weeks. Hike through this well-maintained trail network for a variety of scenic lookouts, picnic areas and a ton of great spots to check out the rock climbers along with the rest of the action in town. The area’s loop trail is easily accessible and will take you about 30-45 minutes.
The Crumpit Woods area boasts an impressive and expansive network of mountain biking, dirt biking, trail running and hiking trails for all levels and abilities through exposed granite features, tall trees and lush forested areas.

Smoke Bluffs Park
The parking area and trailhead information are located on Loggers Lane, just steps from the Squamish Adventure Centre. While you’re there, stop into the Visitor Information Centre for local tips and information on anything else you might need.
Crumpit Woods
Take the Clarke Dr exit into Valleycliffe from the Sea to Sky Highway. Travel down Guilford and take a left on Westway at the four-way stop. Follow it until you reach a marked gravel pullout just before Raven’s Plateau. There you will find a double-track trailhead and an information board.
