Southern Charm with a Pacific Northwest Twist
What happens when friends get together for a little reminiscing and a few sips of moonshine? They devise a concept and menu that marries the spirit of New Orleans and the spirit of Squamish.
Opened in 2015, The Copper Coil Still and Grill is a southern-style restaurant with a west coast twist, focusing on quality local ingredients including hormone free and antibiotic-free meat and BC oysters.
The menu includes Pemberton Valley Bison, local Dungeness Crab and slow-cooked smoked pork in a maple bourbon barbecue sauce. Vegan, gluten-free and kids menu options make this central Cleveland Avenue spot a local favourite.
Open daily from 11:30AM to midnight.
